Considering fetching sources

I could offer to fetch official sources via the web. It might be important to ask for permission if the network could require it. Even though the network is enabled, it feels courteous to check if the user wants me to look it up. It's just a way of ensuring I'm respecting their preferences and making sure they would like that extra effort! So, I’ll keep that in mind as I proceed.
